Online Order Return/Exchange Policy

Effective 01/01/2021 Refunds will not be issued. Corrections can be requested for custom products that were the fault of our company. Returns for corrections must be made within 14 days of you receiving your order. If you are unsure of your size, please reach out to us via email (contact@mari-leve.com) BEFORE placing your online order to avoid the need to return . Customers are responsible for paying return shipping for any returned or exchanged items. All personal items, and any styles marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned or exchanged.
